excellent strap. got it for tennis elbow and does alleviate the paiin

Was a bit smaller than expected so doesn't fit very well perfect for thinner armed people.
Advantages: Good support
Disadvantages: Small size

A bit awkward to wrap on arm, but if you do one up first then slide arm through then do the other. Works well for me.
Advantages: Played golf whilst wearing it.
Disadvantages: None
